Opening vision
Why CARD exists
A real story before it became a business.
Even into his eighties, Lou Brizzi remained fascinated by technology—and especially by cryptocurrency. He kept looking forward, learning, and believing that new ideas were worth understanding.
CARD begins there. It carries his curiosity into a practical community platform designed to connect people with useful services, trusted businesses, and causes that matter.
“This is an extension of my dad's story. I don't have to make anything up.”

Real origin
Built from a family story—not a manufactured campaign.
Useful technology
Designed around participation and everyday utility.
Community purpose
Created to connect commerce with causes people value.
Purpose + origin
The planned CARD experience
A wallet people can use without learning crypto first.
The experience feels like one simple account. Underneath, qualified providers keep wallet security, identity verification, payments, and exchange responsibilities separated.
Create your wallet
Sign in with email or phone. An embedded, non-custodial wallet is created behind the scenes—without asking most users to manage twelve recovery words.
Verify and add funds
A qualified provider handles identity checks and card or bank payments. CARD receives a status—not raw ID documents or payment credentials.
Approve the exchange
Funds arrive in the wallet as USDC. The user reviews the quote and personally approves the exchange from USDC into CARD.
Use CARD
Use CARD with participating services and businesses—or exchange it through the connected market after live trading receives legal and security approval.

CARD never sees or stores a seed phrase.

CARD ⇄ USDC
Real utility
Concept only. No wallet, payment, identity, exchange, or blockchain service is active.
Wallet + exchange flow
One guided transaction
The trade should feel like one decision.
Customers choose an amount, review the complete test quote, and approve the exchange from their own wallet. Funding and identity steps stay with the qualified provider.
No payment, exchange, or blockchain transaction occurs in this concept.
01
Fund only when needed.
If the wallet balance is too low, the same screen opens the regulated provider's card, bank, or wallet funding experience.
02
See everything before signing.
The amount received, estimated provider and network costs, route, and price protection appear before the customer approves anything.
03
Keep control of the wallet.
The user authorizes the swap. CARD provides the interface but does not take possession of the customer's money or tokens.
Funding, quoting, and approval appear in a single understandable sequence.
Nothing leaves the wallet until the customer reviews and approves it.
Identity and payment details remain with qualified service providers.
Illustrative interface only. The displayed rate is not a live price, offer, or promise of value.
Seamless trade experience
The planned CARD marketplace
Useful where life actually happens.
CARD earns a reason to exist by connecting people with relevant services, local businesses, and community experiences—not by asking them to watch a price chart.
Caregiver resources
Planning tools, educational guides, and family support resources.
Senior support services
Access to participating non-clinical services that make daily life easier.
Recovery community events
Admission, memberships, books, and recovery-centered community experiences.
Participating local offers
Useful products, services, and CARD member offers from nearby businesses.
Community programs
Event access, sponsored resources, merchandise, and selected initiatives.
Give useful access
Sponsors can fund approved resources that CARD members can actually use.

Care education example
What a strep-like throat may look like.
White patches on the tonsils can appear with strep throat, but an image alone cannot confirm the cause. A healthcare professional may use a rapid strep test or throat culture to make the diagnosis.
Read CDC testing guidance This example is educational only and is not medical advice or a diagnosis. Why a business participates
Participation has to earn its place.
A partner should gain something concrete: discovery by new customers, featured marketplace placement, simple checkout, and access to CARD-sponsored promotions.
“The business should not have to become a crypto business.”CARD participation principle
Create an approved listing and choose eligible products, services, or offers.
The customer pays from a wallet while the provider manages transaction execution.
Where supported, the partner can receive the provider-supported asset it prefers—without CARD holding the funds.
Use marketplace visibility, member offers, and sponsored campaigns to attract participation.
Illustrative marketplace only. No partner relationship, availability, price, discount, or settlement option is represented.
Marketplace + partner value
A business beyond the token
The company should work even if CARD's price never changes.
CARD LLC is designed to earn ordinary operating revenue from useful products and services. The model does not depend on promoting token appreciation or holding customer assets.

Sponsored programs
Businesses and organizations can fund approved campaigns, member access, events, or useful community resources.Usage-aligned

Products + licensing
Memberships, events, educational content, merchandise, and licensing of CARD marketplace tools or branded programs.Clean financial separation
Revenue belongs to the business. Customer assets belong to the customer.
Ordinary business income is invoiced and recorded by CARD LLC. Customer dollars and tokens move through provider-managed systems and user-controlled wallets instead of becoming operating cash.
- Promises that CARD will increase in value
- Hidden spreads or undisclosed transaction charges
- Using customer wallet balances to fund the company
- Guaranteeing that CARD can be redeemed at a fixed price

Earned through services.
OPERATING USES

AWS PRODUCTION FOUNDATION
Built for cp17.org. Designed around one fixed billion.
cp17.org is the intended public home for CARD. AWS provides the production foundation for availability, monitoring, access control, encrypted configuration, and recovery—while wallets and trades stay under each user's control.
Protect the public site
AWS WAF, Shield, managed TLS, rate controls, and security headers protect cp17.org before traffic reaches the application.
Separate secrets and access
KMS, Secrets Manager, and least-privilege IAM keep production configuration out of the website and source code.
See problems early
CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudWatch alarms, and incident runbooks create an auditable operating trail.
Keep custody outside CARD
Privy secures wallet access and Uniswap handles self-directed swaps. CARD Technologies never asks for recovery words or private keys.
WordPress simplicity or AWS control?
Illustrative low-traffic estimates in U.S. dollars. Actual AWS charges rise with traffic, builds, logs, storage, security rules, and backend services.
Business plan when billed annually. It is $40 month-to-month; Commerce is $45 monthly when billed annually or $70 month-to-month.
- Fastest content-site setup
- Managed core updates and backups
- More plugin maintenance and less infrastructure control
AWS's published small-app example is $8.08 monthly; one Route 53 hosted zone adds $0.50. A basic Amplify WAF setup brings the planning floor to roughly $34+ monthly.
- Usage-based cost with no fixed hosting bundle
- Fine-grained access, logging, alarms, and recovery
- Better foundation for wallets and production integrations
Estimate excludes cp17.org registration, Privy, identity/KYC or on-ramp vendors, blockchain gas, smart-contract audits, legal work, customer support, and transaction-processing costs. Pricing checked August 2026.
